The central composition shows a heroic male worker gripping a crossed hammer and sickle in raised fists, set against a vivid red background dominated by a large golden five-pointed star. Bold black outlines, flat saturated colour, and the triumphant upward gaze of the figure are hallmarks of the genre. Vietnamese text reads "Long Live the Great Vietnamese Labour Party" alongside an English translation below. The imagery reflects the visual culture of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam during the 1951 to 1976 period.
