Overview
The AP6 Valiant Torqueflite is the prestige variant of Chrysler Australia's 1964 range, identified by the distinctive Torqueflite script on the rear guard. While the standard AP6 came with a Slant Six, the Torqueflite designation marks this car as the V8 automatic specification, pairing Chrysler's proven 273 cubic inch (4.5-litre) small block V8 with the legendary TorqueFlite automatic transmission. It is a combination that made the AP6 the most capable and comfortable Valiant of its era.
This example presents in original Mint Green with a matching green vinyl interior, wearing period whitewall tyres over green-painted steel wheels with chrome hub caps.
