Overview
Mitsubishi Fuso Fighter 10 FM600 4x2 rigid truck fitted with a crew cab and a steel checker-plate flatbed tray. The cab carries FUSO and Fighter 10 badging on the front grille and an INTERCOOLER badge on the lower cab panels. The odometer reads 450,383 km (photo 46). The compliance plate shows a build date of 12/08, model FM67FS2RFAB, GVM of 16,000 kg, GCM of 32,000 kg, VIN JLFFM67FS0KJ00032 and 3 seats (photos 51 and 52). A Queensland Transport modification plate dated 4-2-09 is fitted to the passenger door jamb (photo 53).
The flatbed tray has a steel checker-plate floor with a steel headboard and rear corner posts. An aluminium fuel tank is mounted on the passenger side chassis rail. Air brake tanks are visible beneath the headboard area. An underbody steel toolbox is fitted on the passenger side. A key is present (photo 54).
Condition
The cab exterior is white with general scuffing and scratches throughout. The front bumper bar is heavily bent and deformed with a section torn away on the passenger side, and shows extensive rust (photo 28). Rust is visible at the front bumper corners and at the cab panel edges around the front grille area (photo 22). The driver side lower door window is smashed with shattered glass remaining in the frame (photo 27). The driver side cab marker light housing is displaced from its mounting (photo 26). Paint scuffing and chips are present on both cab doors and the cab panels.
The flatbed tray shows extensive surface rust across the side rails, rear corners and headboard (photos 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 30). The rear corner posts are heavily corroded (photo 30). The tray floor surface shows surface rust across the checker plate. The aluminium fuel tank shows general wear (photo 32). The underbody toolbox lock appears damaged (photo 33).
The front steer tyres are Grenlander brand, 275/70R22.5, with moderate tread remaining (photo 12). The passenger side front tyre shows worn tread approaching the wear indicators (photo 16). The rear dual tyres show moderate to worn tread with some tyres showing flattened tread patterns (photos 17, 18, 19, 20, 21). The spare tyre mounted under the tray shows heavily worn tread (photo 31).
Inside the cab, the driver seat cushion has a tear with foam exposed (photos 34, 40). The passenger seat has an aftermarket seat cover fitted. The cab floor is dirty with general wear. The centre console and dash show wear and grime. The steering wheel carries a Mitsubishi badge. A CD radio head unit is fitted to the dash. The rear of the crew cab has a carpeted shelf area. The pedal box shows a clutch, brake and accelerator pedal arrangement.
