Overview
This is a 1985 Alfa Romeo 33 five-door hatch finished in red. The rear badges read "Boxer 4C." on the left and "Alfa 33" with a gold Quadrifoglio clover emblem on the right. The compliance plate reads Alfa Romeo, ALFA33 5DR, 1/86, with a seating capacity of 5. A build plate stamped "BUILT SEP 85" is fitted in the engine bay.
The interior is trimmed in two-tone grey and black woven fabric with black vinyl bolsters and black door cards. A three-spoke aftermarket steering wheel with an Alfa Romeo centre badge is fitted. The centre console houses heater controls with a temperature slider, an Autofrost air conditioning controller, auxiliary gauges and a manual gear lever with a 5-speed H-pattern gate. The head unit has been removed, leaving an empty DIN slot with exposed wiring. Manual window winders are fitted to the rear doors. One blade-style key is photographed.
Condition
The exterior red paintwork shows scuffs and paint loss across both corners of the front bumper. A dent is visible on the bonnet near the leading edge. A paint chip exposing bare metal is present on the rear quarter panel on the passenger side. Rust and paint peeling are visible along the body side moulding trim area on the passenger side. The front grille badge shows wear and discolouration. The rear Alfa Romeo tailgate badge is cracked and worn. The alloy wheels show general age-related marks, with the rear passenger alloy showing paint peeling and corrosion.
Inside, the driver seat cushion has a torn section of fabric exposing foam, and the driver seat backrest has a second torn section. The passenger front seat appears to show a smaller tear on the cushion. The rear passenger door card has a dark stain. The carpets are soiled throughout. The steering wheel shows wear to the lower rim where the covering has separated. The boot area contains a loose component and a timber prop holding the tailgate open, suggesting the tailgate struts may not be supporting the hatch.
The engine bay houses an Alfa Romeo branded air filter housing. The engine bay appears complete with visible fuse box, battery, coolant expansion tank and brake fluid reservoir.
