THE EXTERIOR IS CLAD IN LIGHT-COLOURED METAL PANELS, EDGED WITH RIVETED DARK STEEL BANDING AND REINFORCED AT ALL CORNERS WITH SHAPED STEEL BRACKETS. A LEATHER CARRY HANDLE IS FITTED TO ONE END. THE INTERIOR IS LINED WITH A PATTERNED PAPER IN A WOVEN OR BASKET-WEAVE DESIGN. TWO VERTICAL TIMBER DIVIDERS ARE FITTED INSIDE THE LID. A METAL T-BRACKET LID SUPPORT IS PRESENT ON THE LEFT INTERIOR SIDE. SMALL METAL BUCKLE FITTINGS ARE VISIBLE ON THE INTERIOR FRONT WALL.
